Titan Court room for sublease in College Crest, Oregon

I have 1 room available rent. It's available for you to move in on August 31st, xxxx (This is early! The next earliest move in date for other apartments in this complex is September 18th). The room is on the fifth floor of the Titan Court building. This rental includes garbage and parking at no extra cost. In addition to this the water and electricity are included in your monthly rent. Also, the room AND living room is fully furnished (Flat screen TV's, cable). Skyline view from the living room (this is apartment is located on the corner).
Washers & Dryers are available on the same floor. The building is very safe. An access key is required to utilize the elevator & interior doors that can be access via the courtyard, etc. Beat the chaos of move-in day by moving in early!
The minimum lease length is 1 year. The building location is prime for students as it's located right across the street from the public library! (Less than a minute walk) 
Not even to mention all the variety of restaurants and tea shops that are right around the corner! The dorm also has bike rentals from little to no cost. Some great and affordable places to eat include things like sushi, Subway, BBQ, burgers, pizza, Voodoo Doughnuts, Dutch Bros, etc. Titan Court holds seasonal events that include pumpkin carvings, free food Fridays, and even COOKIE DECORATING! 
The staff are super friendly and are always there to help you when you need it. This place is wonderful for new students starting their first year of college and you can't find a better deal. :)
